Masterclass - Building the DEI business case for your company

Join this interactive masterclass designed to help you build a strong and actionable business case for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) within your organization. This session supports companies in increasing the representation of women in leadership roles and turning DEI ambitions into concrete, business-driven actions. Through exchange and hands-on exercises, participants will leave with practical tools and a clear action plan tailored to their company context.

This masterclass is specifically designed for DEI ambassadors and volunteers - those who are passionate about driving change within their company but need to convince leadership and secure buy-in. Through reflection, peer exchange, and hands-on exercises, you will gain the tools and confidence to translate your ideas into a compelling business case and concrete action plan.

The session brings together 15-20 participants from different companies and is open to English, Dutch, and French speakers.
