Women in Tech: Connect to Lead & Grow is a full-day inspirational and interactive event co-organised by Agoria and the Institute for the equality of women and men, as part of the Equal+ project, aimed at strengthening women’s leadership in the technology sector.
Taking place on 23 June at Voco Brussels North, this event brings together women professionals from across the tech ecosystem for a unique day of workshops, keynote talks, and interesting networking opportunities.

Designed as a space for learning, exchange and empowerment, Women in Tech: Connect to Lead & Grow encourages women to step into leadership positions, expand their networks, and unlock their full potential in an inclusive and supportive environment.
The event is fully aligned with the objectives of the Equal+ initiative, which seeks to remove barriers to women’s advancement in the technology sector.

Programme
Participants are welcome to attend the entire programme or join selected sessions, depending on their availability.
Throughout the day, partners who actively support and empower women in tech will be available in the Partners Area to meet, exchange, and connect with participants.
